About me

Grounded support,
shaped around you

I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist and registered HCPC Practitioner Psychologist with over 20 years of experience supporting people through anxiety, depression, and the many emotional challenges that life can bring.

I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can feel safe to talk openly and honestly. I take a person-centred approach working collaboratively with you to understand what you are going through and what you would like to change or achieve. No agenda, no judgement, just a shared effort to find a way forward.

Alongside talking therapy, I draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness to help you develop practical tools to manage difficult feelings and build lasting resilience. Sessions are available in comfortable consulting rooms in Haywards Heath, as well as in the open air.

Walking therapy

Therapy that moves
with you

Walking therapy combines the benefits of talking therapy with the healing power of nature and gentle movement. Being outside, side by side, creates a different kind of space one that many people find easier to open up in, think through things, and move forward from.

Sessions take place in local outdoor spaces around Haywards Heath, chosen for their calm and natural surroundings.

“Movement. Fresh air. Meaningful conversations. Supporting your wellbeing, together.”

Connect with nature

Time outdoors reduces stress, improves mood, and restores a sense of perspective that can feel hard to access indoors.

Fresh air & space

Being outside increases clarity, boosts energy, and supports emotional wellbeing through simple contact with the open world.

The power of movement

Gentle movement releases tension, sharpens focus, and promotes a calm that makes honest reflection easier.

Walking side by side

Many people find it easier to speak honestly when not sitting face to face. Walking shifts the dynamic in a way that often helps.

What I can help with

Areas of support

Anxiety

Whether that is generalised anxiety, panic, social anxiety, or worry that feels out of control — we can work to understand it and build practical ways to manage it.

Depression

Low mood, loss of interest, exhaustion and hopelessness. Working together, we look at what lies beneath and what steps might lead toward a different way of feeling.

Relationship difficulties

Conflict, communication breakdown, separation, or feeling disconnected from those close to you — we can work together to understand what is happening and find a way forward.

Life transitions

Bereavement, relationship change, retirement, illness, or any period of upheaval that has left you feeling lost or unsure of the path ahead.

Stress & burnout

When the demands of life have outpaced your resources to meet them. We work on building resilience and finding a more sustainable pace.

Supporting loved ones

Guidance and support for family members or friends who are concerned about someone they care about and are not sure how to help.
